We have been operating for almost 35 years with very little staff turnover. We have provided care for the most amazing families and have not advertised a vacant space for years. We are looking for an ECE that wants to be a part of a centre that "stands out", one that makes an impact on the community for future years. Qualifications Basic ECE Additional Qualifications Basic ECE is required but post basic would be a asset for future advancement. Also, a perfect driving record and a class 4 driver's license would also be a definite asset. Required Experience Experience is great but not a must, there is room for advancement. Salary & Benefits Wage will start at $22 per hour plus wage enhancement bringing wage to $28 per hour. Depending on experience, this wage could increase to $30 per hour. Standard probationary period will be waived for the candidate that performs well. Benefit package is also available.
