Wireless Business Support Coordinator Req # 3150 Work Location: 6080 Young Street, Halifax, NS (On-site, 5 days per week) Department: Business Sales Reports To: Team Lead, Mobile Business Concierge Behind every successful business wireless solution is a team that ensures orders are accurate, customers are supported, and operations run seamlessly. As a Wireless Business Support Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our business customers. From provisioning and order fulfillment to billing accuracy and inventory management, you'll be at the center of our wireless operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with multiple key partners, and taking pride in getting the details right. What You'll Be Doing As a Wireless Business Support Coordinator, you'll support the end-to-end fulfillment and administration of business wireless services. In this role, you'll: Process and fulfill orders accurately and on time Complete wireless number ports and residential-to-business account transfers Manage order-related change requests and ensure timely completion Verify pricing, promotions, and service details for accuracy and compliance Audit inventory, billing, and invoices to identify and resolve discrepancies Provide post-sale support and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams Maintain accurate records across systems and support reporting requirements Assist with inventory planning, process improvements, and special projects What We’re Looking For Our team members who thrive in this role are curious, organized, and committed to doing great work.
