Reports to the Restaurant Managers. Greets guests and presents them with the menu Informs guests of specials, menu changes, answers questions regarding food, beverages and allergies Receives food and beverage orders from guests and relays to kitchen staff and bartender using a POS system Communicates with the hosts, table support team, kitchen staff and bartenders to coordinate stations Presents, opens and pours wine and beer when serving guests Assists table support team with stocking work stations, removing and resetting used dishes/silverware Assists with cash register at counter-service restaurants Performs other duties as required or assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Knowledge of the sequence of service and dining room procedures Excellent communication skills Basic math skills Job Requirements Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends and holidays Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting Compensation Compensation for this role is CAD $17.60 hourly, plus tips This position has been posted to fill a current vacancy Additional Information Benefits and Perks Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Parental Leave RRSP Free family meal daily Discounts at Eataly Classes on products and Italian cuisine Referral bonus program and more! The server coordinates service stations and communicates between front and back of house to ensure a high-quality dining experience. Key duties include greeting guests, taking orders via POS, and serving beverages while assisting the table support team.

Candidates should ideally have a high school diploma and knowledge of dining room procedures and sequence of service. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand or walk for up to 8 hours.
