We specialize in strata and commercial landscape maintenance & Snow Removal, delivering consistent, high-quality service across the entire Lower Mainland. We are not a typical landscaping company. We are building a scalable, process driven operation with strong leadership, accountability, industry leading organization plus tech and clear standards. Our goal is to grow a business that runs on systems, people, and performance AND rewards it key contributors. Integrity - Accountability - Dependability - Perseverance Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee multiple maintenance crews and crew leaders Own estimating, scheduling, routing, and job efficiency across your zone Conduct regular site visits and quality/safety control checks Build and maintain strong client relationships Identify inefficiencies and improve systems/processes Support hiring, training, and development of staff Coordinate seasonal services including snow/salting operations Track performance metrics (time, quality, expenses, profitability) Role Requirements Strong leadership and accountability mindset Highly organized and systems oriented Comfortable using apps/software for operations (paperless) Strong ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing control Minimum 3 years experience in landscape maintenance & snow removal Minimum 3 years experience managing teams Valid Driver License, clean and able to be insured Compensation Competitive Base Salary + performance bonuses and double-digit profit-sharing percentage 4 day work weeks, 3 day weekends Company Paid Events / Industry Conferences attendance Food and entertainment allowance Vehicle, Phone, Tablet / Laptop Extended Health Benefits package Clear growth path Opportunity to help shape systems and scale the company Feel free to also visit our website and social media pages to learn more about us!
