Position Overview EcoLogic is seeking an experienced Accounting Project Biller to join our growing team in Prince George. Reporting to the Controller, this position plays a key role in supporting project accounting and billing functions across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and maintaining billing and accounts receivable records. This role requires a highly organized professional who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced consulting environment. Location This position is based in our Prince George office and requires candidates to reside locally. Team members are expected to work in-office a minimum of three days per week. Hours of work are 30–40 hours per week. Applicants must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada. Key Responsibilities and Requirements Project Billing and Accounts Receivable Review and perform quality control of staff time entry records. Prepare accurate client invoices and ensure timely delivery. Reconcile payments and maintain accounts receivable records. Provide support to clients regarding payment related inquiries. Become proficient in the company's time and billing software systems. Assist with project accounting and billing processes. Administrative and Operational Support Support management and staff with production related administrative activities. Assist with office administration, logistics, and coordination tasks. Maintain organized financial and project records. Support general office duties and contribute to a professional and efficient workplace environment. Communicate professionally and courteously with staff, clients, and project partners. Minimum Skills and Experience Accounting certification, diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum five years of experience in project accounting, billing, or a related financial administration role. Experience working with time and billing software. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience supporting office operations, assets, and administrative systems. Valid driver's license. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate data entry. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a positive, proactive attitude. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary of $65,000–$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Comprehensive benefits package. Full-time position with 30–40 hours per week.
