We offer above market pay, benefits and RRSP programs Stable, long-term contract Opportunity to work on a large, technically complex site Supportive team environment Company Vehicle Or watch our "Who We Are" video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jFxhN1hxLQI or visit our website https://edonmgmt.com/ What You’ll Be Doing Your day-to-day will include: Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC and refrigeration systems Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions Respond to service calls and urgent maintenance requests Ensure all work complies with safety standards and applicable codes Maintain accurate service records and documentation Collaborate with operations team and subcontractors as required Qualifications & Requirement Journeyman HVAC/Refrigeration certification (Red Seal preferred) Minimum 3–5 years of related experience Strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting HVAC systems, including controls, refrigeration circuits, and electrical components Proven ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex system faults Valid driver’s license Ability to obtain and maintain Govt of Canada security clearance Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Must have own tools Must be available for on call rotation schedule At Edon, our goal is to foster an environment where every team member feels empowered, believing that a mix of backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences enhances our innovation and excellence. The HVAC Technician will perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC and refrigeration systems, diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards. They will also maintain accurate service records and collaborate with the operations team as needed.

Candidates must have a Journeyman HVAC/Refrigeration certification and a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience. Strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting HVAC systems and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are also required.
