Our Brand Story- A Legacy of Excellence
Our journey began in 1965 when entrepreneur Bertil Hult brought Swedish students to Brighton, England, blending language learning with travel. This innovative approach proved highly effective and inspired Bertil to establish EF Education First. Over the decades, EF Education First evolved into a global leader in English language instruction. As the world embraced globalization in the 1990s, we expanded into Asia, setting up English First language centres in China and Indonesia.
