Position: Secondary Teacher Grades : 4 to 8 ICSE & 6 to 8 IGCSE Reporting Manager: Head of Department / Co-ordinator Primary Purpose: The core purpose of the Teacher's role at Innisfree is to enable students to learn effectively and to provide support for the academic and pastoral needs of the students. The teacher should always support the aims and values of the school. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver curriculum-aligned lessons as per CBSE / ICSE / IB / IGCSE / CIE / IBDP frameworks. Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments based on learning objectives. Implement innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. Assess, monitor, and report student progress regularly. Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment. Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student learning needs. Integrate technology and modern pedagogical practices into teaching. Participate actively in staff meetings, training programs, and school events. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development. Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning.
