IB Primary Years Programme Coordinator

Ebenezer International School Bangalore is seeking an experienced and dynamic PYP Coordinator to lead the planning, implementation, and development of the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP). The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head of School and teaching staff to ensure high-quality teaching and learning aligned with IB standards and practices. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the PYP curriculum Ensure alignment with IB standards and practices Support and mentor teachers in inquiry-based learning and best practices Plan and facilitate professional development sessions for staff Oversee curriculum documentation, unit planners, and assessments Coordinate PYP exhibitions and school-wide events Monitor and support student learning outcomes Collaborate with the leadership team on academic planning and school improvement Act as a liaison between the school and the IB organization Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field IB PYP training and certification (preferred) Minimum 5–7 years of teaching experience, preferably within IB PYP Prior experience in a leadership or coordination role Strong understanding of inquiry-based learning Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Professional development opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environment Opportunity to grow within an IB World School On campus accommodation Tuition fees discount for Staff Children To apply please share your CV at careers.eisb@eis.edu.in
