Quality Assurance: Work closely with the QA team to define test cases and ensure that the delivered solutions meet the specified business requirements. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that expectations are aligned and project goals are met. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the business analysis function. Skills Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in business analysis are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in business analysis or a related role, with a track record of successfully delivering business solutions. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable insights. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Documentation Skills: Proficient in creating clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements and process flows.
