Security Analyst

Job Description We are looking for a diligent and experienced Security Analyst to join our cybersecurity team. Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, system administrators, and other stakeholders to implement and maintain security controls. Skills Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or CISM are highly desirable. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity or a related field, with a proven track record of identifying and mitigating security risks. Technical Skills: Proficient in security information and event management (SIEM) tools. Experience with intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS). Familiarity with network security technologies and protocols. Knowledge of endpoint protection and antivirus solutions. Understanding of security frameworks and standards. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and respond to security incidents effectively. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to convey complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team and across departments to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to security.
