Division: Element Technical Services Type: Full-Time Posted: August 30, 2026 Closes: September 29, 2026 Apply Now View External Posting Job Title: Coil Tubing Operator – Element Technical Services ELEMENT TECHNICAL SERVICES Is Currently Hiring The Following Position Coil Tubing Operator – $2,000 SIGNING BONUS Benefits $2000 Signing Bonus Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package – Health and Dental available immediately upon hire RRSP matching program Fuel discount card Continuous paid training and opportunities for career growth Company provided PPE Duties/Responsibilities Use continuous coiled tubing equipment to perform well servicing Drive specialized well services equipment to and from location Operate assigned equipment during treatment Recognize equipment malfunctions and correct them as necessary Perform general preventative maintenance on all equipment Maintain equipment to above industry standards Monitor well control parameters and calculations before and during job applications Assemble and prepare equipment for installation and service, perform pre- and post-job equipment inspections Operate with a safety-first mindset Job Requirements 2 years previous oilfield experience Previous experience in coiled tubing, drilling, wireline or snubbing is considered an asset Valid Class 1 Driver’s License Valid H2S Alive, Standard First Aid, Fall Protection, ODA, CSO preferred BOP and Wellhead Boom certifications are an asset Able to pass a pre-employment physical fitness assessment and drug screen Able to work away from home for extended periods Element Technical Services

Operate and maintain continuous coiled tubing equipment to perform well servicing and treatment. Monitor well control parameters and ensure all equipment is assembled and inspected according to safety standards.

Requires at least 2 years of oilfield experience and a valid Class 1 Driver's License. Preferred certifications include H2S Alive, First Aid, Fall Protection, and BOP/Wellhead Boom certifications.
