If you're a licensed dental technician with a strong foundation in dentures and digital applications and a drive to keep learning, this is a rare opportunity to get in early at a lab where your contributions actually shape the culture, the workflow, and the direction of the business. What You'll Be Doing Day-to-day, you'll work across the full scope of lab operations — from Crown and Bridge fabrication using a mostly digital workflow, to dental office visits for support and account solicitation, to denture fabrication from start to finish, to communicating with dentists and oral health professionals, to organizing case files and managing lab software. You'll help grow our client list, handle invoicing and quality control, and source lab components as needed. Problem-solving is part of the job, and so is knowing when to ask for help. No two days look exactly the same. That's intentional. What We're Looking For Licensed dental technician (or licensing in progress) Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in denture fabrication Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Organized, composed, and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment Assets That Will Set You Apart Implant knowledge and familiarity with lab components Experience with dental lab materials across product categories Administrative or office management experience Comfort with Excel, lab management software, or willingness to learn What Bioshape Offers This is a startup — which means less bureaucracy, more ownership. The technician will handle the full scope of lab operations, including digital and analog fabrication of crowns, bridges, and dentures. Additionally, they will manage client relations, perform office visits, and handle administrative tasks like invoicing and quality control.

Candidates must be a licensed dental technician or in the process of licensing with strong hands-on experience in denture fabrication. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment and comfort with digital lab tools are essential.
