Speech Language Pathologist Founded in 2021, Elevated Abilities is a dynamic and growing agency driven by a mission to support children and adults with disabilities. Built by a multidisciplinary team that believes in the power of collaboration, we offer comprehensive services under one roof—including behaviour therapy, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, and counselling. Our goal is to make meaningful support more accessible and impactful for families. Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will provide assessment, treatment, and consultation services to children and adults with a range of speech, language, communication, and feeding needs. You’ll work closely with families, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech, language, voice, fluency, and feeding assessments Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Deliver services in clinic, home, community, and virtual settings as needed Collaborate with BCBAs, OTs, Psychologists, and other team members to ensure holistic care Provide caregiver and team training as appropriate Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Stay current with best practices and professional standards through continuing education Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Registration (or eligibility for registration) with ACSLPA Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates with strong pediatric practicum experience are welcome to apply) Experience supporting speech sound disorders, language delays, fluency/stuttering, feeding challenges, and social communication Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Experience with adult populations considered an asset What We Offer: Competitive salary Paid travel time and mileage for community-based sessions Annual professional development and licensing allowance Comprehensive employer-paid health and dental benefits Supportive, values-driven team environment with a focus on collaboration Opportunities for leadership, program development, and student supervision Flexible work schedule to support work-life balance Apply Now: If you're an SLP who is passionate about making a difference and values collaborative, strengths-based work, we’d love to hear from you. Exigences

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and be registered or eligible for registration with ACSLPA. While new graduates are welcome, a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred.
