We're looking for a motivated, relationship-focused professional to help grow and support our online client community. This is a remote, independent contractor opportunity. You'll be responsible for both introducing prospective clients to our programmes and supporting them as they begin their learning journey. About us We operate a global online business delivering personal development and leadership education through digital programmes and an engaged online community. Our mission is to help individuals develop the mindset, skills, and confidence to achieve their personal and professional goals. About the role This position combines client acquisition with ongoing client support. You'll connect with prospective clients, learn about their goals, introduce suitable educational programmes, and guide them through the enrolment process. After enrolment, you'll help ensure clients feel welcomed, supported, and engaged as they begin their journey. We're looking for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships, communicates professionally, and is comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Connect with prospective clients and conduct discovery conversations to understand prospective clients' goals Onboard new clients and provide a positive introduction to our programmes. Build ongoing relationships that encourage engagement and retention. Maintain accurate records using CRM and digital communication platforms. Collaborate with remote team members to deliver a consistent client experience. Qualifications Experience in business development, customer success, sales, account management, recruitment, consulting, or a similar client-facing role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build trust and develop professional relationships. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
