We are looking for a high-energy, customer-focused *bartender* to join our team at a fast-paced sports bar. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, knows how to keep the drinks flowing, and creates a fun and welcoming environment for patrons. *Drink Preparation & Service:* * Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately. * Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines. * Serve beer on tap and bottled drinks with proper glassware and presentation. * Prepare high-volume orders during peak hours (game nights, weekends, events). *Customer Service:* * Greet customers promptly and with a friendly attitude. * Engage with patrons, create a fun vibe, and foster a loyal customer base. * Handle special requests and resolve customer issues professionally. *Cash Handling & POS:* * Process payments (cash, credit cards, tabs) using POS systems efficiently. * Balance cash drawer and close out shifts accurately. * Open and close tabs, ensuring proper ID checks and age verification. *Cleanliness & Bar Maintenance:* * Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift. * Wash glassware, restock garnishes, napkins, straws, and bar tools. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. *Sports Bar Atmosphere:* * Maintain awareness of televised games and bar events. * Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during game rushes. * Help set the tone of the bar with music, sports updates, and fan engagement.
