About the role: Reporting to the Supervisor, Maintenance Planning, the Planner, Maintenance is responsible for providing detailed work plans in line with maintenance strategies and mine requirements that improve the efficiency and performance of the Maintenance Department. To be successful, we are looking for someone with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. You would be self-motivated and can collaborate well with a team. The ability to multitask, prioritize contending demands and remain flexible and organized in a fast-paced environment is vital for success. Benefits: Two Annual Bonus Plans Comprehensive Benefits Plan Retirement Package Health Lifestyle Account Relocation Assistance In this role you will: Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies Maintain job plans, task lists, work packages and maintenance strategies in the CMMS Manage work backlogs for accuracy, while considering requirements related to parts, labour, permits, drawings, facilities, support equipment, special equipment, tooling, and instructions Maintain an accurate forecast that adheres to established maintenance strategies Assist with monthly cost forecasting, annual budgeting, and cost analysis Work regularly with maintainers to build or improve detailed work packages Track and report Key Performance Indicators, bringing forward continuous improvement opportunities Commission and decommission equipment and manage their maintenance programs Requirements: Trade certification, technical diploma, or degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Strong digital literacy and experience with CMMS and the Microsoft Office 5-7 years post-graduation experience 3 of which should have been spent in facility maintenance planning, or scheduling or supervision in a heavy-duty industrial environment, Mining or Process Plant CMRP or MMP certification will be an added advantage Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent Salary Range: $123,000 - $152,000 CAD / Year The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity. Exigences

Candidates need a trade certification, technical diploma, or degree with 5-7 years of experience, including 3 years in heavy-duty industrial maintenance planning. A valid Class 5 Driver's License and proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office are required.
