You as a 'Information Security Analyst - Secure Projects' will: * Lead CPCSC compliance activities from discovery through implementation and certification readiness. * Build relationships with project teams, operational leaders, and technical stakeholders to drive progress and remove roadblocks. * Conduct interviews, workshops, and site engagements to understand processes, identify gaps, and gather requirements. * Translate compliance requirements into practical, scalable solutions that work in real-world project environments. * Partner with teams to implement controls, improve processes, and close compliance gaps. * Coordinate evidence collection, validation, and audit preparation activities to support certification objectives. * Develop and maintain policies, procedures, process documentation, and other compliance artefacts as required. * Champion continuous improvement of the CPCSC program by identifying opportunities to strengthen security, simplify workflows, and improve operational adoption. Is this role right for you? * Post-secondary education in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Business Analysis, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent working experience. * Experience in Business Analysis, Compliance, Cyber Security, IT Operations, Project Delivery, or related functions. * Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, facilitate discussions, and drive projects to completion. * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. * Experience working with technical and non-technical audiences. * Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously. * Strong documentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Willingness to engage directly with operational teams and project environments * Must have or be eligible for Secret Level CISD Clearance * The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 EllisDon is proud to provide this unique career opportunity that provides continuous learning, opportunity for growth, and a competitive compensation package within an environment that is committed to inclusion and respects diversity.
