"Chief Wrench" Position avaiable Emerald Plastics is a Regina blow-moulder running polycarbonate and PET. What you'll doTroubleshoot, repair, and PM our PC blow-moulding machines hydraulics, pneumatics, drives, heaters, controls, mould changes. Service dryers, chillers, compressed air, conveyors, and grinders Maintain and repair light-duty vehicles (pickups, vans, delivery units) Maintain and repair heavy-duty trucks (Class 38) brakes, air, driveline, suspension, emissions, electrical. Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical faults with proper test gear. Weld and fabricate for repairs and small builds. Keep clean PM schedules, parts logs, and records. Respond fast and safely to production breakdowns. What we're looking for Journeyman Industrial Mechanic (Millwright), Heavy Duty Equipment Tech, or Automotive Service Tech ticket or 5+ years verifiable equivalent Hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC-controlled equipment, 3-phase electrical Comfortable reading schematics and service manuals MIG welding required; TIG/stick an asset Blow moulding or extrusion experience a strong plus. Class 5 required; Class 1 or 3 an asset Legally able to work in Canada Compensation$25$45/hr on tickets and experience overtime annual performance bonus tied to uptime, PM, and safety full benefits after 3 months (health, dental, vision, prescription) tool + PPE allowance paid ticket renewals vacation per Sask standards 3-month review.
