ETD supports vendors with clear commercial messaging, partner-ready enablement, and coordinated enterprise deal support, working opportunities directly rather than only passing leads. Partners gain ready-to-use sales plays, practical enablement assets, and co-funded demand generation designed to drive revenue. Backed by 20 years of channel relationships and commercial rigour, ETD connects vendors and partners to sales talent that can unlock access to their ideal customer base. Role Description: The North America Telco Sales Lead is a full-time role based in the USA or Canada. This role is responsible for building and managing relationships with telecommunications customers and partners, driving new business, and expanding ETD’s presence across the North American telco ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying opportunities, leading complex sales cycles, coordinating with vendor and partner teams on joint account plans, and executing structured sales plays that accelerate enterprise adoption. The Telco Sales Lead will prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and provide ongoing account leadership to ensure customer success and long-term revenue growth. The role also involves coaching and enabling partner and vendor sales teams through training, deal support, and regular pipeline reviews. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and executive-level presentation capabilities. Candidates should have customer service skills, with a focus on relationship management, responsiveness, and long-term account stewardship. Candidates should possess Sales skills, including prospecting, opportunity qualification, pipeline management, and closing complex enterprise deals. Candidates should have sales management and Training skills, including experience mentoring sales teams, leading joint account planning, and delivering sales enablement. Experience selling into telecommunications carriers, service providers, or related telco ecosystems in North America. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in B2B technology or channel-focused environments. Ability to work collaboratively with vendors, channel partners, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven setting. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
