Based on employee productivity and the ability to maintain higher productivity, Product Specialist have to ability to earn $22 and $25 per hour. After three months of continuous employment, you will be eligible to enroll with our Group Benefit plan through Manulife- we offer Single or Family coverage with Dental and Vision care included and the employer pays 50% of your premiums. We also offer enrollment with our GRSP (Group Retirement Savings Plan) for those who are interested. The Product Specialist is responsible for maintaining high productivity levels to meet performance benchmarks in a fast-paced environment. The role requires working with minimal supervision to handle product-related tasks efficiently.

Candidates must be available for full-time shifts Monday to Friday with mandated Saturday overtime. Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.
