The installer is responsible for measuring, preparing, and installing various types of flooring including carpet, hardwood, and vinyl. Tasks include removing old coverings, estimating material costs, and repairing damaged floors.

Candidates need between 7 months and 1 year of experience and must be able to handle physically demanding work involving bending and kneeling. No formal degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
