Job Description Enerth Consulting is currently seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our growing team in London, Ontario. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of engineering and design projects while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team in a flexible and supportive work environment. We work on a diverse range of commercial, institutional, industrial, and infrastructure-related projects. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute from initial planning and design through to coordination and project delivery. Job Summary The Electrical Engineer will support a variety of engineering and design projects while working closely with engineers, designers, project managers, and clients. This role involves contributing to technical design, documentation, analysis, coordination, and project execution across multiple project types and industries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Prepare electrical designs, calculations, drawings, and technical documentation Assist with project planning, coordination, and design development Support the preparation of specifications, reports, and engineering deliverables Coordinate with internal team members, clients, consultants, and contractors Participate in project meetings and provide technical input throughout all project phases Conduct site visits and field reviews as required Review designs to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements Assist with troubleshooting, problem-solving, and developing practical engineering solutions Support junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple assignments and deadlines Qualifications Minimum Requirements: 5+ years of relevant professional experience in electrical engineering Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario, or eligibility to obtain designation Strong understanding of electrical systems, engineering principles, and industry standards Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on commercial, institutional, industrial, or infrastructure projects Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to manage priorities and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams is considered an asset

Exigences

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. A Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario or eligibility to obtain it is required.
