CTO / Co-Founder — Arcana | Equity + Investment + COMMISSION ONLY CURRENTLY | Remote Most strategy tools help you optimize what you already know. Arcana is built for a different question: What am I NOT thinking of? We’re an AI-powered competitive intelligence platform that surfaces blind spots, cognitive gaps, and unconventional strategies for decision-makers who can’t afford to get it wrong. We’re building asymmetric advantage for insurgents — the orgs going up against players with 10x the budget. We have a working product (FastAPI + React), active investor conversations with Greenfield Ventures, and warm connections into Shopify, Wealthsimple, and Loop. Now we need a technical co-founder. What you’ll own: Full technical architecture, AI/ML pipeline, production infrastructure, and a seat at the table on every strategic decision — including the investor pitch. You’re a fit if you: Have senior full-stack or AI experience (Python/FastAPI, React, LLMs), care about the why behind what you build, and want equity in something with real traction — not a side project. Compensation: Equity + investment stake. No salary at this stage — we’re looking for a true co-founder, not a contractor.
