Overview The Enterprise Truck Rental Division has an immediate opening for a Full Time Vehicle Service Attendant (VSA). Our Truck Rental Division provides transportation solutions within the truck rental industry. This is a full-time position located at 400 ANNAGEM BLVD MISSISSAUGA, ON L5T 3A8. This position pays $18.50 / hour. We offer: Paid time off Consistent full time 40 hour per week schedule Employee discount Retirement Savings Plan with company match and profit sharing Health Insurance Life Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Training and development Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm Saturday: 9:00am-2:00pm The Vehicle Service Attendant (VSA) is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing vehicles in accordance with our high cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals, and for ensuring the maintenance and basic safety elements prior to operation by customers and employees so all vehicles rented from the branch are properly maintained. The VSA is also responsible for scheduling and performing pre-rental inspections on all trucks, assists with driving and parking various trucks and vans in multiple locations and may assist with local deliveries. The VSA will be responsible for cleaning, detailing, and providing light maintenance on a diverse fleet of Medium- Duty trucks. Responsibilities Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols Clean vehicle exterior and inspect vehicle exterior for damage Check fuel level and warning lights: inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle setting to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found; verify that registration is present, current and matches the license plate. Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage Drive and park various trucks and vans; may assist with local truck and van deliveries Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary Maintains a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors Assists customers when needed. May transport customers to and from the branches Helps maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations Site appearance responsibilities to include: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot and any other miscellaneous tasks related to the daily cleanliness of the branch location Additional Responsibilities Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Must have a valid Ontario G or G2 driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. Must be able to lift 25 pounds to assist customers Apart from religious observations, must be able to work: Monday - Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm, Saturday: 9:00am-2:00pm Posted Salary Range CAD $18.50 / Hour

The Vehicle Service Attendant is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and inspecting trucks to ensure they meet safety and cleanliness standards for customer rentals. They also assist with vehicle maintenance, parking, and providing support to customers at the branch location.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid Ontario G or G2 driver's license with a clean driving record. Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada and capable of lifting 25 pounds.
