Position Description We currently have an exciting full -time role for a Dispatcher to complement our Lloydminster office with ensuring excellent service to our customers. Position Responsibilities Schedule routes and dispatch crews to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Perform data entry duties in the Company’s system (TRUX) Use software tools to manage a variety of tasks, such as procurement, time and attendance, fleet management control, expense reporting, inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payables etc. Complete, daily, weekly, and monthly compliance paperwork Validate timecards and overtime to submit to payroll for processing Support Management to ensure that they are optimizing the efficiencies of their respective crews Act as the first point of contact to provide information to customers. Coordinate program participation and changes to regional policies, communicate with managers about operational concerns and or logistics issues Coordinate daily with maintenance on operational needs Prepare quotations for customers (work with Sales or Operations Manager) Provide administrative support to the Transportation Operations Manager as needed Qualifications 3 – 5 years’ experience in a dispatch role Knowledge of the city and region Administrative experience is an asset Highly organized with strong attention to detail Flexibility and willingness to work simultaneously on a wide range of tasks and projects Experience in waste industry is considered an assett Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) Proven ability to work independently while being a team player Ability/knowledge of TRUX waste management software application system is an asset Ability to handle a fast-paced and busy environment as there will be high call volume What We Offer Competitive base salary Company sponsored benefits RRSP/DPSP Contributions Room for advancement This is more than a job - it’s your opportunity to be part of something bigger.
