If you’re looking to do work that matters - where your ideas are valued, your growth is supported, and your impact is real - you’ve come to the right place .Position Overview : The Hydrovac Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of vacuum and hydrovac trucks used in industrial, commercial, and municipal cleaning and excavation projects. This role involves the transportation and handling of hazardous and non-hazardous liquid waste materials, as well as performing hydro excavation, tank cleaning, and site remediation. The operator ensures compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards while delivering high-quality service to E360S client s. Key Responsibiliti es:Operate vacuum trucks, combo units, and hydrovac equipment for the collection, transportation, and disposal of waste materia ls.Conduct hydro excavation and daylighting operations to safely expose underground utilities and pipelin es.Perform tank cleaning, catch basin cleaning, and industrial maintenance services as assign ed.Safely load, transport, and unload both hazardous and non-hazardous liquid waste in accordance with TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods) regulatio ns.Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, routine maintenance checks, and report any mechanical or safety issu es.Maintain accurate and legible paperwork, including manifests, work orders, and driver lo gs.Ensure compliance with all E360S safety policies, environmental procedures, and client site-specific requiremen ts.Work effectively as part of a team, supporting site supervisors, field technicians, and dispat ch.Provide professional customer service while representing E360S on client job sit es. Qualificati ons:Valid DZ driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstr act.Minimum of 2–5 years of experience operating vacuum trucks and/or hydrovac equipm ent.TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods) and First Aid/CPR certifications required (or willingness to obta in).Confined Space Entry, H2S Alive, and WHMIS certifications are strong ass ets.Knowledge of industrial cleaning, hydro excavation, and waste management practi ces.Must be able to successfully complete pre-employment screening, including drug and alcohol test ing.Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and perform physically demanding ta sks.Strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer serv ice.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by project schedu les.
