Position Overview: We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a fast paced, multi-tasker to add to our Kelowna, BC operations. This opportunity is for an Operations Manager to join the E360 Solutions team to participate with the operations at our Kelowna, BC location. The Operations Manager will be expected to take ownership of both operational performance and financial results. Success in this position will be measured through: Key Responsibilities: Safe and reliable daily operations. Route efficiency and productivity. Labour and overtime cost control. Fuel and maintenance cost management. Fleet utilization and reduced downtime. Accurate budgeting and expense management. Improved operating margins and profitability. Customer satisfaction and retention. Employee performance and retention. Compliance with safety and environmental requirements. Continuous improvement of operational processes. Qualifications/Skills/Competencies: Commercially minded operations leader who understands that successful operations are about more than simply getting the trucks on the road. Understand the connection between people, equipment, service, costs, revenue, and profitability. Comfortable reviewing a budget, questioning expenses, analyzing operational numbers, and making decisions that improve the company's bottom line. Accountable, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where every day can bring new challenges.
