Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Specialist – Oil & Lubricants to join our growing Oil Division. This is a senior-level sales role focused on selling industrial oils, lubricants, and oil management solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience selling oils and lubricants directly to industrial, manufacturing, automotive, equipment, or commercial customers, along with an established network of industry contacts. Our Oil Division specializes in the manufacturing, specialty blending, and reclamation of new and reclaimed industrial oils and lubricants. Our solutions help customers improve performance, reduce costs, control inventory, and reduce environmental impact. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow industrial oil and lubricant sales. Prospect and develop new customers through industry relationships, networking, referrals, cold calling, and other business development activities. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through quoting, negotiation, closing, and account development. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, purchasing teams, plant managers, maintenance leaders, and operations teams. Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate oil, lubricant, and reclamation solutions. Grow existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling, renewals, and expanded services. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms while maintaining profitability. Develop strategic account plans and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Conduct customer visits, site assessments, presentations, and sales meetings. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity. Partner with Operations and internal teams to ensure customer requirements are successfully delivered. Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity, pipeline information, quotes, and proposals. Represent E360S at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Travel throughout the assigned territory and elsewhere in Canada as required. Qualifications: 5+ years of sales or business development experience in the oil, lubricant, industrial oil, or related fluid products industry. Direct experience selling oils and/or lubricants is required. Established relationships and contacts within the oil, lubricant, industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or equipment sectors. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Demonstrated success in new business development, account growth, and closing complex sales. Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Understanding of oil and lubricant applications, product specifications, pricing, and customer requirements. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven with a strong hunter mentality. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract. Willingness to travel regularly.
