As an Senior Quality Management Professional you will: * Lead and conduct internal quality audits in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and company procedures. * Develop annual audit schedules and audit plans. * Develop project specific monthly audit plan summaries. * Evaluate the effectiveness of processes, controls, and quality management practices. * Document audit findings and prepare detailed reports for management and Clients. * Monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely resolution of non-conformances. * Support external certification and surveillance audits. * Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continual improvement within a quality management system. * Provide guidance and training to employees on quality requirements and audit readiness. * Maintain audit records and quality documentation. * Attending site meetings and conducting site visits to review inspection test plans and conducting quality checks. * Review of project drawings and specifications, as well as applicable external specifications and standards, to ensure quality control and compliance. To apply to this position, you should expect to have: * ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Course Certificate required * Minimum of 7 years of experience conducting quality audits and working within a Quality Management System * Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 principles, requirements, and auditing methodologies * Experience within engineering, consulting, environmental, or professional services organizations preferred * Experience performing root cause analysis and managing corrective and preventative actions * Strong analytical, organizational, and report-writing skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, taking ownership of delegated tasks * Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities * Open to travel for remote projects * Have a valid Ontario driver's license and access to a vehicle Why EnVision? * Competitive compensation and employer paid benefits * Employer matching program * Opportunities for growth and mentorship * A positive work environment and culture, including social events and training sessions covering a wide variety of topics for the entire team * Flexible work arrangements and schedules * Employee Assitance Program * Be part of a fast-growing professional services company The salary for this position will be commensurate with the years of relevant experience and qualifications that the successful candidate brings to the role.
