The psychiatrist is responsible for diagnosing and treating psychiatric and physiological disorders. This includes prescribing medication and ordering diagnostic tests such as X-rays and laboratory procedures.

Candidates must hold a degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry. A professional experience level of 3 to 5 years is required.
