Dynamics 365 program technical lead Remote Contract Video Role summary You lead the technical direction of a live Dynamics 365 program for a healthcare client migrating off Microsoft AX. You are the single point of technical accountability — bringing order to a complex, heavily customized build, holding delivery quality to a high standard, and forming the foundation of a team that grows under you. You carry authority from day one: challenging estimates, validating plans and making the calls that keep the program on track. What you'll do Own technical direction across the Dynamics 365 build, spanning the finance and operations (F&O) and customer engagement (CE) layers Take accountability for environment readiness, data migration and release quality across a multi-clinic rollout Validate and challenge vendor plans, estimates and designs, and hold delivery to a credible standard Scope the work needed to protect near-term release dates, then shape the plan to take the build over in full Build and grow the delivery team as the program expands, mentoring engineers and setting engineering practice. What you bring 10+ years in enterprise Dynamics 365 and Dynamics AX, including several full-cycle implementations Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 integration — EMR and clinical systems, payments, CRM, marketing automation and enterprise systems such as SAP Proven command of data migration from AX to Dynamics 365 and modern DevOps practice on Azure DevOps Program-level delivery leadership — able to walk into a troubled program and take control quickly Confidence to challenge senior vendors and clients with evidence, and the judgment to know which battles matter A clear communicator who earns trust with engineers and executives alike. Desirable Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience, with familiarity with privacy and data-residency requirements such as Quebec's Bill 96 Experience with the MazikCare healthcare accelerator on Dynamics 365 Nearshore or onshore time-zone overlap with a North American team.
