Windows 365 Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Windows 365 Solution Architect with extensive expertise in End User Computing (EUC), cloud virtualization, and Microsoft modern workplace technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments while ensuring security, scalability, performance, and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities - Design, architect, and implement Windows 365 (W365) and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) solutions. - Lead virtual desktop transformation initiatives and modern workplace programs. - Assess business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable cloud desktop architectures. - Perform cost modeling, licensing analysis, and optimization for Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop environments. Required Qualifications -8–10+ years of experience in End User Computing (EUC), desktop virtualization, and cloud technologies. Strong hands-on experience with: - Windows 365 (W365) deployment, administration, and management - Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) architecture, deployment, and operations - Microsoft Intune endpoint management and policy configuration Proven experience performing cost analysis, capacity planning, and optimization for AVD and W365 environments. Deep understanding of: - Azure Networking (VNet, VPN, ExpressRoute) - Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) - Identity and Access Management (IAM) - Security and compliance frameworks Experience designing highly available, resilient, and scalable cloud solutions. Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and documentation skills. Ability to lead architecture discussions and drive technical decision-making.

The Windows 365 Solution Architect will design, implement, and optimize Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop environments. They will lead virtual desktop transformation initiatives and assess business and technical requirements to create scalable cloud desktop architectures.

Candidates should have 8-10+ years of experience in End User Computing, desktop virtualization, and cloud technologies. Strong hands-on experience with Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft Intune is required, along with a deep understanding of Azure Networking and security frameworks.
