Workday QA Engineer

Job Title: QA / Testing Lead – HCM, Payroll & WFM (Workday) Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract We are seeking an experienced QA / Testing Lead to lead end-to-end testing for a Workday HCM & Payroll implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test strategy, UAT leadership, payroll testing, integration testing, and defect management. Core Skills: * Workday HCM & Payroll * QA Strategy & Test Planning * UAT Planning & Execution * Test Case/Test Script Development * End-to-End, SIT & Parallel Payroll Testing * Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) * Defect Management (JIRA, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, qTest) * HCM, Payroll & Workforce Management (WFM) * Requirements Traceability & Stakeholder Management * Agile/Scrum Preferred: * Puerto Rico Payroll experience * Retail/Distribution domain * Legion WFM, UKG, Kronos, or ADP Workforce Now

The QA / Testing Lead will lead end-to-end testing for a Workday HCM & Payroll implementation. This includes overseeing UAT leadership, payroll testing, integration testing, and defect management.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in test strategy and planning, as well as experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, and WFM. Preferred qualifications include experience with Puerto Rico Payroll and familiarity with retail/distribution domains.
