We are looking for a senior NetSuite professional who can operate at the intersection of: Business Consulting + Solution Architecture + Pre-Sales + NetSuite Delivery The individual will work closely with ERP League's leadership and delivery teams to: · Identify and qualify NetSuite opportunities · Lead discovery and requirement workshops · Understand customer business processes and pain points · Design appropriate NetSuite solutions · Conduct compelling, business-focused NetSuite demonstrations · Prepare solution approaches, estimates, proposals and SOWs · Support sales conversations and customer presentations · Provide solution oversight during implementation · Build trusted relationships with customers and prospects · Help ERP League expand its NetSuite footprint in Canada Key Responsibilities 1. Pre-Sales & Business Development · Participate in prospect discovery calls and meetings. · Lead business-process discovery and fit-gap workshops. · Understand customer objectives, pain points, current systems and future-state requirements. · Translate business requirements into practical NetSuite solutions. · Conduct tailored NetSuite demonstrations based on customer scenarios. · Present solution architecture and recommendations to CFOs, CIOs, COOs and other senior stakeholders. · Support RFP/RFI responses. · Develop high-level solution approaches, effort estimates, implementation timelines and resource plans. · Contribute to proposals, SOWs and commercial discussions. · Identify opportunities for additional NetSuite modules, optimization, integrations and SuiteApps. · Help ERP League build relationships with prospective customers and strategic partners in Canada. 2. Solution Architecture Design end-to-end NetSuite solutions across areas such as: · Financial Management · Order-to-Cash · Procure-to-Pay · Inventory & Warehouse Management · Supply Chain · Manufacturing · Professional Services / Project Accounting · CRM · Revenue Management / SuiteBilling · Multi-subsidiary / OneWorld · Reporting & Analytics · E-commerce · Integrations 3. Technical & Integration Advisory Provide high-level architecture and technical guidance around: · SuiteScript 2.x / 2.1 · SuiteFlow · SuiteBuilder · SuiteAnalytics / SuiteQL · SuiteTalk REST / SOAP · RESTlets · OAuth / TBA · Middleware and integration platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft or similar · Third-party applications and SuiteApps · Data migration · Security and roles · NetSuite environments and release management The candidate does not need to personally develop every customization but must have sufficient technical depth to challenge designs, assess feasibility and guide delivery teams. Requirements 4. Delivery Oversight Although this is primarily a pre-sales and architecture role, the individual will maintain continuity between what ERP League sells and what ERP League delivers. Responsibilities may include: · Reviewing solution designs · Validating estimates and scope · Supporting project kickoffs · Participating in key design workshops · Reviewing technical/functional decisions · Identifying scope and delivery risks · Supporting escalations · Conducting solution reviews at critical project milestones · Ensuring proposed solutions are realistic, scalable and maintainable Required Experience Essential · 10+ years of ERP consulting experience · 7+ years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite experience · Experience with multiple full-cycle NetSuite implementations · Strong understanding of NetSuite architecture and business processes · Demonstrated experience in NetSuite pre-sales / solution consulting · Experience conducting customer discovery workshops · Experience delivering NetSuite demonstrations · Experience preparing solution proposals, estimates and/or SOWs · Strong understanding of NetSuite Financials and core ERP processes · Experience with NetSuite integrations and SuiteCloud technologies · Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills Preferred · NetSuite ERP Consultant certification · SuiteFoundation certification · SuiteCloud Developer certification · Experience with NetSuite OneWorld · Manufacturing / Distribution / Wholesale experience · Experience with SuiteBilling / Revenue Management · Experience with WMS, 3PL, logistics or supply-chain solutions · Experience with e-commerce integrations · Experience working with North American customers · Existing relationships within the Canadian NetSuite ecosystem What We Are Looking For The right person is not simply a NetSuite consultant. We are looking for someone who can walk into a customer meeting and confidently say: "Let me understand your business first. Based on what you've told me, here's how I would solve it in NetSuite, here's what should be standard, here's where we should customize, here's what should integrate, and here's what the implementation will realistically take." You should be equally comfortable: · Speaking with a CFO · Whiteboarding an integration architecture · Running a NetSuite demo · Challenging a customer's requirements · Estimating a project · Reviewing a technical design · Supporting a sales opportunity Commercial / Engagement Model · Initial engagement of approximately 2 days per week · Flexible scheduling based on customer meetings and active opportunities · Primarily remote, with occasional customer meetings in Ontario/GTA as required · Contractual engagement initially · Compensation commensurate with experience and seniority · Opportunity to transition into a full-time position / leadership role as ERP League's Canadian & US NetSuite practice grows
