The role is responsible for solutioning, navigating, and optimizing Workday Recruiting and other HCM modules. It involves providing consulting services for client engagements, supporting annual events, and assisting the sales team with demos and LOEs.

Requires a minimum of two years as a lead Workday Recruiting Consultant at a partner firm and a Workday Benefits certification. Candidates must also hold at least one additional Workday certification in areas such as Compensation, Learning, or Talent.
