Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. The Optometric Technician provides high-quality patient care and supports the daily operations of the optical store. They assist customers with eyewear needs while utilizing advanced lens technology and digital solutions.

The role requires a commitment to providing excellent customer service and a passion for eye care. Candidates must be able to work in a retail environment and adhere to company standards for patient interaction.
