Responsibilities Tasks Evaluate daily operations Plan and organize daily operations Manage staff and assign duties Determine merchandise and services to be sold Develop and implement marketing strategies Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses Determine staffing requirements Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers Oversee payroll administration Supervise office and volunteer staff Supervision 3-4 people

The manager is responsible for planning and evaluating daily operations, including managing staff and assigning duties. Key duties include developing marketing strategies, monitoring budgets, and overseeing payroll and recruitment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent experience and between 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English is required for this on-site role.
