About This Opportunity We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced bilingual Japanese-English professionals who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We're looking for Japanese-English translators and localization specialists with 4+ years of professional translation or cross-cultural business experience to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: business and legal translation review, localization and tone-adaptation QA, cultural-context and etiquette assessments, native-fluency writing evaluation, terminology and glossary management, and bilingual client-facing materials. Requires 4+ years of professional experience in Japanese-English translation, localization, or bicultural business communications. Must have native or near-native Japanese fluency and expert-level skills in creating professional business documents.
