Senior Software Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Software Developer, you will be part of a talented team of engineers who collectively demonstrate excellent technical competency and reliability in a hyper growth environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy scalable software solutions. * Build and enhance core platform features, maintaining high-quality code standards. * Participate actively in code reviews, development planning, and agile processes to ensure reliability and efficiency. QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. * 3+ years of experience in Java programming. * 3+ years of experience in JavaScript. * Strong understanding of infrastructure components and distributed systems/microservices architecture. * Proficiency with Git and branching strategies. PREFERRED SKILLS: * Experience with Google Cloud services, Kubernetes, gRPC, and Redis. * Languages: Fluency in English and French Required * Location: Able to commute to the Montreal office a minimum of two days per week.
