Résumé du poste

WHY EVOLO No buyer should need a seller to understand what they’re buying. Yet for every complex product, that’s still how it works: the real answers sit behind a sales call with someone paid to close you. GPTs didn’t fix it; they only help buyers who already know what to ask, and most don’t. Evolo is buyer-side AI: companies put their best guided journey directly in the buyer’s hands, 24/7, at the buyer’s pace, zero pressure to commit. The company shapes the narrative. The buyer commands the journey. And every journey produces the data asset no CRM has ever held: first-party, declared intent, compounding with every interaction. This isn’t a thesis anymore. We’ve crossed the hardest line in enterprise AI, from pilot to production. Four major financial institutions run Evolo inside their sales workflows today, and all four have expanded and extended their partnerships. Three more are onboarding. We’re backed by Portage and Golden Ventures, and we expect the second half of this year to be our steepest curve yet. We are shaping a new category: AI for product & offer education to 2x conversion. And it is forming right now, and so is the team that will own it. This is a founding-team seat: the people we hire this year are shaping the growth foundation of Evolo, the product, the culture, the standards everything after gets built on. Your seat: you’ll own the enterprise event motion end to end, from the sponsorship contract to the executive dinner where a bank’s buying team decides Evolo is real. ABOUT THE ROLE As an Events Lead at Evolo, you will be the face-to-face front door for the financial institutions we sell to, turning a sponsorship, a conference presence, or a private dinner into a room full of the exact enterprise buyers and prospects our sales team needs in front of them. You will work directly with banks’ event and marketing teams, from industry conferences to executive roundtables, building Evolo’s presence at the events that actually move enterprise deals forward. In this role, you will leverage your experience running enterprise event and sponsorship programs to decide which events are worth Evolo’s budget and which aren’t, then execute flawlessly once you’ve made that call. You will own vendor and venue relationships, sponsorship agreements, and on-site execution end to end, shaping how Evolo shows up in front of the banks it’s trying to win. Skills & Qualification · Experience negotiating and managing sponsorship agreements with conferences, industry associations, and event platforms, ensuring Evolo’s spend turns into real access to enterprise buyers · Hands-on event production skills across executive roundtables, dinners, and conference activations, letting Evolo show up at the scale and polish its financial institution prospects expect · Vendor and budget management discipline across venues, caterers, AV, and agencies, keeping event spend accountable to a hard return on investment · Comfort working directly with enterprise sales teams to align invite lists, follow-up, and pipeline goals, so every event ties back to a deal in motion · Familiarity with event technology and registration platforms such as Cvent, Splash, or Bizzabo, keeping attendee data clean and usable after the event ends · Judgment for the compliance and brand expectations of regulated enterprise buyers like banks, so every sponsorship and event reflects well on Evolo in rooms it can’t afford to get wrong · Willingness to travel and run point on-site, because the job is won or lost in the room, not behind a desk Responsibilities · Own Evolo’s enterprise event and sponsorship strategy end to end, deciding which conferences, summits, and hosted events are worth Evolo’s presence · Lead sponsorship negotiations and vendor contracts, turning event budget into direct access to the banks and enterprise prospects Evolo is selling to · Design and run executive-level hosted events, including dinners, roundtables, and customer gatherings, that put Evolo in front of real decision-makers rather than badge scans · Partner with sales to align event invite lists, follow-up cadences, and pipeline targets, so every event contributes to an active enterprise deal · Manage on-site execution end to end, from logistics and staffing to the moment a prospect walks up to the booth or table · Build repeatable playbooks and post-event reporting, raising the bar on how Evolo measures and improves event return on investment over time · Ensure every sponsorship and event reflects the brand and compliance standards Evolo’s financial institution buyers expect
