Résumé du poste

WHY EVOLO No buyer should need a seller to understand what they’re buying. Yet for every complex product, that’s still how it works: the real answers sit behind a sales call with someone paid to close you. GPTs didn’t fix it; they only help buyers who already know what to ask, and most don’t. Evolo is buyer-side AI: companies put their best guided journey directly in the buyer’s hands, 24/7, at the buyer’s pace, zero pressure to commit. The company shapes the narrative. The buyer commands the journey. And every journey produces the data asset no CRM has ever held: first-party, declared intent, compounding with every interaction. This isn’t a thesis anymore. We’ve crossed the hardest line in enterprise AI, from pilot to production. Four major financial institutions run Evolo inside their sales workflows today, and all four have expanded and extended their partnerships. Three more are onboarding. We’re backed by Portage and Golden Ventures, and we expect the second half of this year to be our steepest curve yet. We are shaping a new category: AI for product & offer education to 2x conversion. And it is forming right now, and so is the team that will own it. This is a founding-team seat: the people we hire this year are shaping the growth foundation of Evolo, the product, the culture, the standards everything after gets built on. Your seat: you’ll own the positioning, messaging, and sales enablement that turn Evolo’s product into a pitch a bank’s buying committee actually believes. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Product Marketing Manager at Evolo, you will own how our product gets explained, sold, and understood by the banks we’re selling to, from the first deck a rep opens on a call to the language our website uses to describe what buyer-side AI actually means. You will work directly with sales, product, and the founders, with no inherited playbook and no established brand voice to fall back on. In this role, you will leverage your experience in B2B SaaS product marketing to build the positioning, messaging, and competitive intelligence that make Evolo’s category legible to a skeptical, regulated buyer. You will turn what you learn from win and loss conversations and live sales calls directly into sharper pitches, and shape how every future Evolo hire talks about the product. Skills & Qualification · Experience owning positioning and messaging for a B2B SaaS product, translating technical capability into a story a non-technical buyer believes · Sales enablement instincts, building battlecards, decks, and objection-handling materials a rep can use on their very next call · Comfort building competitive and market intelligence from scratch, since there is no existing research library or brand team to inherit · Direct experience partnering with sales on deal cycles, turning real win and loss conversations into sharper messaging rather than working from assumptions · Familiarity with fintech, financial services, or another regulated buyer, understanding the caution and scrutiny that comes with selling into banks · Fluency using AI tools in your own workflow, since Evolo expects its marketing to be built the way its product is · Writing ability strong enough to carry a category-defining message across a website, a deck, and a sales call without losing the thread Responsibilities · Own positioning and messaging for Evolo’s product, defining the language sales, marketing, and the website all use to describe it · Build the sales enablement Evolo doesn’t have yet, including battlecards, competitive comparisons, and objection handling reps can use immediately · Partner directly with sales to turn call recordings, win and loss conversations, and deal feedback into sharper positioning · Lead go-to-market planning for new features and launches, coordinating product, sales, and the founders around one message · Own competitive and market intelligence on buyer-side AI and adjacent categories, keeping Evolo’s story ahead of how the market is talking about it · Build the ideal customer profile and buyer persona frameworks Evolo’s GTM motion runs on, grounded in real conversations with financial institution buyers · Set the standard for how every future Evolo marketing hire writes, pitches, and positions the product
