Résumé du poste

About the Role Product Managers at exacare ai take ownership of core product areas to shape what we build next and how it shows up for customers. This is not a project management role; you will make tradeoffs, say no often, and turn messy healthcare problems into clear product direction. You will create prototypes and then work directly with engineering, design, sales, growth, finance, and customer teams. Your job is to connect AI advancements, customer reality, business goals, and technical constraints into products that actually get used. What You’ll Do Spend time with customers and internal teams to deeply understand user workflows. Translate insights into a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that you can communicate clearly internally and externally. Write high-quality specs and then collaborate with engineers and designers to implement. Take responsibility for the whole product lifecycle from concept through launch. Continuously evaluate market shifts, competitors, and regulatory changes for anything that could affect our product. What You'll Bring Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field At least 2 years of product management experience building software products Proven experience owning products from concept through to commercial scale Strong judgment and structured thinking in ambiguous problem spaces Clear, direct written and verbal communication skills Knack for building tasteful products that bring delight to users What You’ll Get Here The best team you’ve ever worked with: We hire for excellence and hold the bar high. The people around you will push you, support you, and make you better at your craft. Work that’s visible and consequential: This is a company where your output matters and your impact is traceable. You’ll see what you build in the hands of real teams solving real problems in healthcare Ownership from day one: Growth is earned, not scheduled. If you consistently deliver high-impact work, you’ll gain more responsibility, faster opportunities, and compensation that reflects your contribution. A place worth showing up to: Whether you’re in Toronto, New York, or remote, we invest in making exacare ai somewhere people are genuinely excited to be; not just a place to log hours Benefits + Perks Competitive salary and equity in a high-growth startup Flexible PTO, take what you need Medical, dental, and vision coverage Great startup culture, including company off-sites High-achieving team, including ex-Big Tech engineers An insight into our Core Values Only the best belong here. We are unapologetic about talent. This should be the best team you have ever been on. Protecting that standard is how we honor each other’s time, ambition, and craft. We work even harder to keep our partners than we did to earn them initially. The work does not stop when a customer first onboards to our platform. It deepens over time. We partner with operators, listening and learning about real problems, and translate that into solutions that help them succeed in practice. We earn trust through consistent delivery. We keep the patient downstream of every decision. At the end of the day, this is about the patient. We get there by deeply respecting and reflecting on our purpose: to develop software that aids teams in delivering better care. Raise the bar on ownership. We grow because people here go beyond the minimum. We invest extra effort, care, and ownership into what we build. The world is moving fast. We move faster. This is a race. We work hard, we move early, and we stay ahead of problems and competitors. If we slow down, someone else will pass us. Radical candor, zero politics. We say what’s true, early, and we keep communication direct and clean so the team can move. Bring good vibes and win together. We win as a team. We bring energy, support each other, and make the workplace somewhere people are excited to show up. If this sounds like you, we'd love to chat! #LI-Hybrid
