Résumé du poste
About the role We’re hiring a Product Marketing Lead to join our Growth team. This is a true 0 → 1 role: you will own how we talk about exacare ai, how our customers and the market understand us, and why we win. Your job will be to take our insights, positioning, and messaging, and make it real across our business — from the website to sales motions + enablement to product launches to end-to-end marketing campaigns. You’ll work at the center of Product, Sales, and Growth, enabling us to improve acquisition, sales conversion, and product understanding. We’re looking for a senior IC and high-agency builder who wants real surface area — someone who’s excited to be involved everywhere. This is a low ego, high output environment. You’re the kind of person who loves building from scratch, always wants to learn, prides themselves on having great taste, and most importantly, wants to have fun while making a real impact. We are a deeply product-centric company, continuously working to deliver more product value to our customers, faster. Enabling this across Product, Marketing, and GTM will be a key part of your role. What you'll do Define + own segmentation: Define and continuously refine our ICP, key segments, and personas for each vertical we serve, translating it into clear priorities for messaging, campaigns, and sales plays. Own the narrative: Define and maintain positioning, messaging, and the core story across the website, pitch decks, outbound, emails and cross-functional campaigns. Be the voice of the customer: Run ongoing discovery (calls, win / loss analysis, deal reviews, etc. ) to sharpen how we think about our customers, use cases, and buying triggers. Own competitive + category strategy: Track competitors, define “why us,” and help shape how the market talks about the problem and solution. Lead product launches: Own the GTM plan for new products / features — narrative, positioning, assets, enablement, rollout, and post-launch learning. Enable Sales: Arm Sales with the collateral, training, talk tracks, proof, and competitive battlecards to win deals and drive expansion. Shape pricing / packaging: Partner on packaging, pricing, and bundles, utilizing customer insights and market research to inform how we sell to our ICP + key segments. Engage + activate customers (with Growth): Build programs that educate buyers, reduce confusion, and increase conversion and / or adoption — especially around new workflows and product changes. Make the website conversion-ready: Ensure pages reflect the narrative (ICP clarity, use cases, proof, differentiation, etc.) and support pipeline goals. What you'll bring Experience: 7+ years of experience, with ideally 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing roles (sales-led preferred, but not required). Positioning + messaging skills: Proven track record owning positioning + messaging, and turning it into shipped outputs (website copy, sales enablement materials, emails, etc.). Strong communication skills: One of your superpowers is that you can translate complex products and use cases into simple, credible value for different audiences. Research chops: Experience (and desire) digging into call data, win / loss reasons, etc. and breaking down the market to turn insights into actionable GTM decisions. Sales partnership: Experience partnering closely with Sales (enablement, talk tracks, battlecards, supporting deals, etc.). GTM launch expertise: Demonstrated ability to lead product launches / GTM plans end-to-end (messaging, assets, enablement, rollout, measurement). Cross-functional operating strength: You can drive alignment across Product / Sales / Ops / Growth, and you’re comfortable being the “glue” (maybe you even find it fun). Low ego, high output: You ship, you iterate, you’re direct and collaborative, and you don’t need perfect conditions to make progress (+ you want to have fun while working). Bonus Points You believe mindset and capabilities matter more than a resume You have experience in healthcare, or other high-trust industries Benefits + Perks Competitive salary and equity in a high-growth startup Flexible PTO, take what you need Medical, dental, and vision coverage Great startup culture, including company off-sites Hybrid work out of our beautiful Toronto office High-achieving team, including ex-FAANG engineers and alumni of Bain, BCG, Goldman Sachs, and more An insight into our Core Values Only the Best Belong Here We are unapologetic about talent. This should be the best team you have ever been on. Protecting that standard is how we honor each other’s time, ambition, and craft. We work even harder to keep our partners than we did to earn them initially The work does not stop when a customer first onboards to our platform. It deepens over time. We partner with operators, listening and learning about real problems, and translate that into solutions that help them succeed in practice. We earn trust through consistent delivery. We keep the patient downstream of every decision At the end of the day, this is about the patient. We get there by deeply respecting and reflecting on our purpose: to develop software that aids teams in delivering better care. Raise the Bar on Ownership We grow because people here go beyond the minimum. We invest extra effort, care, and ownership into what we build. The World is Moving Fast. We move Faster. This is a race. We work hard, we move early, and we stay ahead of problems and competitors. If we slow down, someone else will pass us. Radical Candor, Zero Politics. We say what’s true, early, and we keep communication direct and clean so the team can move. Bring Good Vibes and Win Together We win as a team. We bring energy, support each other, and make the workplace somewhere people are excited to show up to. If this sounds like you, we'd love to chat! #LI-Hybrid
