Résumé du poste
Company Overview Exacare ai is a leading health tech company on a mission to build the AI operating system for post-acute care. Our platform turns messy, unstructured referral packets into clear clinical insights and next steps, so teams can make faster, safer placement decisions with less administrative burden. Today, exacare ai powers more than 2,000 facilities, and is growing rapidly. We recently raised a $30M Series A led by Insight Partners, and are bringing world-class talent together to transform healthcare. If you like building, learning, and want to make a real impact, come join us! About the Role We’re hiring a RevOps/Growth Manager to join our newly established Growth & Marketing team. This is a foundational, high-impact individual contributor role where you will be building the systems, data, and processes that power our go-to-market engine. This is a builder role — you’ll architect the operational infrastructure that enables Sales, Growth, Marketing, and BizOps to move faster and operate with precision. From CRM ownership and pipeline analytics to outbound infrastructure and ICP scoring, your work will directly impact how we generate revenue. You’ll work closely with another operator in a complementary role, with shared ownership across our GTM systems and performance. Rather than operating in silos, you’ll partner to divide and conquer across priorities — whether that’s deep RevOps and data integrity, or outbound systems and prospecting infrastructure — and evolve that split over time based on strengths and business needs. You’ll have direct exposure to leadership and meaningful ownership from day one. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from scratch, and wants to shape how revenue is generated and scaled at exacare ai. What You’ll Do Own GTM performance end-to-end: Identify opportunities to improve conversion, velocity, and revenue outcomes across the entire GTM engine Build the GTM operating foundation: Design the systems, data models, and processes that power Sales, Growth, Marketing, and BizOps at scale Define and enforce the sales motion: Establish clear lifecycle stages, deal stages, and exit criteria to create a consistent and repeatable process Scale pipeline generation: Optimize outbound infrastructure (data, enrichment, sequencing, experimentation) to efficiently generate high-quality pipeline Drive full-funnel initiatives: Identify highest-leverage GTM motions across the entire funnel, from top-of-funnel demand generation to expansion/upsell Drive visibility into pipeline health and forecasting: Build and own dashboards for pipeline health, conversion, capacity, forecasting, and performance trusted by GTM Leadership Continuously identify and solve gaps: Proactively identify improvement areas across the GTM engine and rapidly implement high-impact solutions What You’ll Bring 3+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations or similar functions in high-growth tech-forward environments, with ideally 1-2 years of experience supporting sales and growth organizations GTM fluency: You understand how pipeline is actually built and closed — across outbound, inbound, and expansion — and can connect systems and data back to those motions Analytical mindset: You are analytical at your core, have strong structured problem-solving skills, are comfortable building reporting, and most importantly, are data-smart Proven systems thinking: You have experience building or improving systems, workflows, and operational processes that scale with growth Builder energy: You’ve created structure from ambiguity — systems, processes, and tooling that scales without slowing execution (or you have a desire to do so) Execution-oriented: Low ego, high output: You ship, you iterate, you’re direct and collaborative, and you don’t need perfect conditions to make progress (+ you want to have fun while working) Technical comfort: You’re comfortable working with tools like HubSpot, enrichment and orchestration platforms like Clay, and other AI tools like Claude Code (or can ramp quickly) Bonus Points You are excited to build systems from scratch in a fast-moving environment You are comfortable with early-stage messiness and chaos You believe mindset and capabilities matter more than a resume Benefits + Perks Competitive salary and equity in a high-growth startup Flexible PTO, take what you need Medical, dental, and vision coverage Great startup culture, including company off-sites High-achieving team, including ex-Amazon engineers and alumni of Bain, BCG, Goldman Sachs, and more An insight into our Core Values Only the best belong here We are unapologetic about talent. This should be the best team you have ever been on. Protecting that standard is how we honor each other’s time, ambition, and craft. We work even harder to keep our partners than we did to earn them initially The work does not stop when a customer first onboards to our platform. It deepens over time. We partner with operators, listening and learning about real problems, and translate that into solutions that help them succeed in practice. We earn trust through consistent delivery. We keep the patient downstream of every decision At the end of the day, this is about the patient. We get there by deeply respecting and reflecting on our purpose: to develop software that aids teams in delivering better care. Raise the bar on ownership We grow because people here go beyond the minimum. We invest extra effort, care, and ownership into what we build. The world is moving fast. We move faster. This is a race. We work hard, we move early, and we stay ahead of problems and competitors. If we slow down, someone else will pass us. Radical candor, zero politics We say what’s true, early, and we keep communication direct and clean so the team can move. Bring good vibes and win together We win as a team. We bring energy, support each other, and make the workplace somewhere people are excited to show up. If this sounds like you, we'd love to have a chat!
