Hours of Work : 4 rotational shifts 8p-8a (Average of 84 hrs. biweekly) (male staff only) (CSWII- CR23) We're looking for compassionate, caring individuals to join our team supporting adults in a group home with complex needs, including addictions and mental health challenges. If you're an active listener, lead with empathy, and can remain calm and supportive during challenging situations—including times when individuals may become aggressive or violent—we'd love to meet you.
