Executive Aviation is looking for a Fuel Manager at our Sudbury (YSB) location. We’re looking for someone to lead a team of fuelers, ensure all the fuel testing, ordering, and safety for the fuel site is completed accurately, as well as manage the schedule and day-to-day responsibilities. We are looking for someone with a great attitude and a determination to succeed. This position will be reporting to the FBO Area Manager. Responsibilities Ensure all fuel equipment is operational and ready for use Back up line crew throughout the day with their duties Accept tank farm fuel loads Complete Monthly checks on mobile re-fuelers and tank farm Review all employee training for Executive Aviation Water cart sanitization Champion all fuel safety components; including, safety checks on all equipment, leading all safety drills, and updating the emergency response plan Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs as required Updating Executive Aviation Emergency Response Plan Prepare for World Fuels audits Prepare for Airline and IATA fuel audits Other duties as required Skills and Qualifications At least 1-year of airport, fueling, or airline experience is preferred At least 1-year of leadership experience, coaching and motivating a team DZ license or pursual of license an asset Knowledge of heavy equipment Holder of valid Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) Strong communication skills both verbal and written Strong Knowledge or experience with fuel acceptance and quality control an asset Proven above and beyond customer service orientation

Exigences

Requires at least one year of leadership experience and a preference for experience in airport, fueling, or airline operations. Must hold a valid Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) and possess strong communication skills.
