UTV Regional Sales Manager Location: Canada - home-based with extensive national travel Salary: CAD $80,000-$120,000 + performance-based incentives, car allowance and benefits We are recruiting two UTV Regional Sales Managers for an established global equipment manufacturer expanding its utility vehicle presence across North America. This is a high-impact commercial role for someone who can build and develop an authorised dealer network, open new key accounts and drive sustainable sales growth. The successful person will manage the full commercial cycle while helping dealers improve sales performance, inventory planning, pricing, parts availability and service capability. The responsibilities for the role of UTV Regional Sales Manager include: • Develop and execute monthly and annual territory sales plans • Identify, recruit, onboard and develop new authorised UTV dealers • Grow relationships with key customers, dealer principals and industry stakeholders • Manage quotations, commercial negotiations, order fulfilment and delivery follow-up • Monitor dealer sales, stock levels, pricing, parts availability and service readiness • Deliver product knowledge, sales training and dealer enablement • Analyse customer demand, market trends and competitor activity • Identify opportunities across construction, forestry, mining, agriculture and municipal markets • Coordinate with internal teams to support customers and aftermarket requirements The requirements for the role of UTV Regional Sales Manager include: • At least 3-5 years of sales or sales-management experience within UTV/ATV, powersports, heavy equipment or a closely related market • Strong experience of dealer, distributor or channel-based sales • Evidence of developing a territory, recruiting dealers and delivering revenue growth • Good knowledge of UTV applications, customers and competitive products • Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills • Comfortable travelling approximately 50% or more across the relevant country • Competent with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Fluent written and spoken English • French would be advantageous for Quebec and Eastern Canada • Knowledge of equipment finance, leasing or insurance would be useful The benefits for the role of UTV Regional Sales Manager include: • CAD $80,000-$120,000 basic salary, depending on location and experience • Performance-based incentive opportunity • Company car allowance and travel reimbursement • Comprehensive benefits package • National remit with significant autonomy • Opportunity to shape a developing dealer network and product category • Long-term progression within a global equipment organisation Please note: this is a field-based role involving extensive national travel, including regular dealer visits and overnight stays.
