Key Responsibilities As the Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering top-tier talent solutions. Business Development & Client Relationship Management • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their hiring needs and business objectives. • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio and increase market share. Recruitment Strategy & Delivery • Partner with clients to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and ideal candidate profiles to ensure successful placements. • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to source, assess, and present high-quality candidates aligned with client expectations. Consultative Sales & Market Insight • Act as a trusted advisor by providing clients with market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends. • Deliver tailored recruitment solutions that align with each client’s organizational goals and workforce planning needs. Collaboration & Team Contribution • Work closely with colleagues across recruitment and operations to ensure a seamless and high-quality client and candidate experience. • Contribute to team success by sharing best practices, supporting peers, and participating in ongoing training and development initiatives. Performance & Pipeline Management • Manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities, tracking activity and progress through CRM systems. • Achieve and exceed individual performance targets related to prospect outreach, revenue generation, client acquisition, and placement success. Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate: Education & Experience: • Post-secondary education in business, human resources, or a related field is an asset. • 5+years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or a B2B business development/sales-focused role. Technical Skills: • Proficiency in CRM systems, AI Tools and Microsoft Office Suite. • Familiarity with recruitment tools, sourcing platforms, and professional networking channels is an asset. Key Competencies: • Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills with a client-focused mindset. • Results-driven and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all interactions.
