Release Engineer

We are looking for a Release Manager to support our Data Migration and Data Modernization programs. In this role, you will own the end-to-end release process for data and BI, creating the documentation, SOPs, and guidelines that keep releases predictable and compliant. You will work closely with L1/L2/L3 support teams to ensure smooth go-lives and fast issue resolution. Insurance domain experience is a strong plus given the nature of our client portfolio. Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications. For positions based in higher-cost zones (e.g., California, New York, New Jersey), actual compensation may exceed the posted range; your recruiter will share specifics during the process.

You will own the end-to-end release process for data and BI programs while creating documentation and guidelines to ensure predictability. Additionally, you will collaborate with support teams to facilitate smooth go-lives and efficient issue resolution.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or an engineering field. Experience in the insurance domain is considered a strong plus for this role.
